Can I use forms on the Free Plan?

While you can build forms on the Free Plan, you cannot publish or share them publicly. Publishing is only available on paid plans.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for Reform?

No credit card is required to start using the Free Plan. However, a credit card is needed if you want to start the 14-day Pro Trial.

What happens after my 14-day Pro Trial ends?

If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your account will be automatically charged for the Pro Plan.

Can I downgrade from Pro Plan to Basic Plan after the trial?

Yes. You can manually switch to the Basic Plan before or after the Pro Trial ends, provided you cancel the Pro subscription in time.

What's the difference between ‘save partial progress’ and ‘view partial responses’?

“Save partial progress” allows form users to pause and resume filling out forms. “View partial responses” lets you, the form owner, see their progress even if the form wasn’t submitted.

Does the Basic Plan include all integrations?

No. The Basic Plan includes only basic integrations like Notion, Google Sheets, and Zapier. Pro integrations (e.g., ConvertKit, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce) are only available on the Pro Plan.

Can I collaborate with teammates on forms?

Yes, team collaboration is a feature of the Pro Plan only.

Is there a free trial available for the Basic Plan?

No. The 14-day free trial is only available for the Pro Plan.

What type of support do I get on each plan?

Email support is available starting from the Basic Plan. There is no dedicated support on the Free Plan.

Can I use custom branding or custom code on my forms?

You can remove Reform branding on the Basic and Pro Plans. Custom CSS and JavaScript (for advanced customization) are only available on the Pro Plan.
